10. Do you have a physical store?
At the moment, we operate exclusively online through our website. We do not have a physical store. This allows us to provide our products directly to customers, keeping prices competitive.

11. What is a charge pipe?
A charge pipe routes air from the turbo >> intercooler >> charge pipe >> engine. Basically carries the turbo's / compressed air into the engine.
12. What is the difference between boost pipe, charge pipe and turbo inlet pipe?
Inlet pipe: from air intake to turbo
Boost pipe: from turbo to intercooler
Charge pipe: from intercooler to throttle body
13. Is it necessary to upgrade any of the charge pipe, boost pipe or the turbo inlet pipe?
Only one that you must change when modding is the charge pipe (intercooler to throttle body). It’s not a matter of if they blow, it will, it’s just a matter of when. Lots of people have it blast apart even without being modded.
Boost pipe and inlet pipe are the “peace of mind” pipes. 95% of people do not upgrade them unless they are putting in a bigger turbo (when it’s needed).
14. How do I check if an item is in stock?

15. How long does delivery take to arrive?
Any orders which are placed before 12:00pm GMT will be shipped on the same day itself. Delivery will be next day for Mainland UK customers while for international customers, delivery will take an estimated 4-7 days due to customs clearance events etc.
16. What are your business hours?
We operate from Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm excluding bank holidays.
17. How will I be eligible to claim the warranty?
All Masata products either bought directly from us or through any of our authorized dealers around the world will be eligible for a warranty claim. In order to claim for Masata's Limited Lifetime warranty, the customer must provide the following:
- Product Name
- Product SKU
- Proof of Purchase
- Date of Purchase
- Place of Purchase
- Description of Isse in Detail
- Full Name
- Full Address
- Email Address
- Contact Number
Customers who fail to provide full and relevant information will be denied the request for warranty claim.
18. I noticed that your products are mostly on pre-order, why don't you keep stock?
